New Product Announcement of Video Endoscope from RICHARD WOLF:
The VIPAQ TVP-5 Ultra Compact Videoscope

The latest Richard Wolf Video Endoscope development is the VIPAQ TVP-5.
This is a combination system that allows use with standard monitors or PC's.
The Vipaq is a CCD based endoscope with standard fibre optic lighting, that has both a s-video output and a USB 2.
Power is also provided via the USB port.
The software program supplied is XP compatible, with Vista compatibility available in the near future.
The image management program can switch between NTSC & PAL signals and capture still images.
The Vipaq lends itself well with the Moritex Palmscope, which then allows for video clips to be saved.

The Vipaq has a diameter of 4.7mm, with 2 length options: 800mm and 1400mm. The small diameter lends itself well with more micro applications.

Further planned product expansion is scheduled for 2008 and 2009, these include a 2000mm length, plus a 6mm and 3.5mm versions.
