Technical Applications and Quality Control

Light-sources.

Most of the instruments are fitted with a miniature XHL Xenon Halogen bulb with a much brighter light and longer working life than those of conventional miniature bulbs. Each bulb is specially designed to suit the instrument to which it is fitted.

Power Sources.

With a battery or rechargeable handle or the 12V-Accubox you need no mains power supply and you are completely mobile. Convenience is a special feature of all our instruments because they are designed exclusively with the needs of the user in mind. This is particularly so with mini instruments which can be carried in a coat pocket thanks to their compact size and weight which is not much greater than that of a pen.

2-year guarantee on material and workmanship.

All our products carry a 2-year-guarantee against defects in material used and workmanship. This does not apply to consumable items.

We design and manufacture all our products in-house. You can obtain from a single source a complete and logical range of technical illumination and optical inspection equipment.

Compatibility.

HEINE instruments are compatible with a complete range of power sources and associated accessories. This compatibility enables you to add on future generations of instruments to existing equipment.
